Since its inauguration in 1995, Arnoia has not lost any of its sheen. Its large outdoor pool,
a kind of watch-tower standing out over this wild spot in the O Ribeiro district, is complemented
with the spa’s indoor, thermal pools, with underwater jets massaging the whole body, alongside other pleasures,
particularly the Termarium circuit. Surrounded by hills, vineyards and oak forests, and a stone’s throw
from the Rivadavia old Jewish quarter, Arnoia was one of the pioneers in combining the health-oriented appearance
of spas with more innovative pleasure-focused aspects, and the result is that the site is optimum for those seeking
one or the other. Extensive gardens for strolling in a relaxing environment if you seek peace and quiet,
and if you are looking for something more active, tennis, basketball, 5-a-side football, bike routes,
sailing activities on the Miño and the Arnoia, and weather permitting, drinks on the river bank
in the pavilion next to the jetty. Even the children have their recreation park, and in the periods
when they cannot enter the spa, and during busy seasons, they have their own monitors so that their parents
can relax in the meantime, although they are soon to have their own children’s spa.
